The Beach Front Dome Space is a self-contained dining alcove engineered for high-density hospitality. A three-wall built-in banquette wraps a central hardwood table — creating an intimate, enveloping experience without sacrificing flow or service access.
Designed to deploy in sequence along Genius Beach Club's main walkway, each Beach Front Dome Space opens directly to the circulation path, turning passage into destination. The result is a rhythm of private moments within a shared, vibrant environment.
Constructed entirely from WPC Wood framing with handwoven seagrass seat pads and upholstered back panels, every unit is built to withstand the demands of a coastal beach club environment without compromising on warmth or craft.
The Dome is a 44.4 ft diameter 4V geodesic structure engineered as a permanent, climate-controlled indoor venue. Housing both the restaurant and bar for Genius Beach Club, it delivers a singular architectural experience — the geometric precision of geodesic engineering wrapped in the warmth of the tropical setting.
The 316L stainless steel frame — chosen for its superior resistance to coastal salt air and humidity — forms the triangulated skeleton of the 4V geometry. Each node and strut is precision-fabricated, bolt-together on site, with no welding required during assembly.
The cladding system uses Magnesium Oxysulfate (MOS) cement SIP panels with phenolic foam cores — providing structural rigidity, thermal insulation, and fire resistance in a single composite panel. The result is an interior that stays cool, quiet, and comfortable regardless of the conditions outside.
The 1,548 sq ft interior accommodates a full restaurant and bar program. The circular plan naturally defines zones — bar at the perimeter, dining at centre, with a clear sightline to the entry facade. The geodesic overhead geometry creates a cathedral-like volume that elevates every gathering, from intimate dinners to large events.
The ICO Truss Bridge is both passage and destination. An icosahedron-derived truss tunnel — fabricated in 316L marine-grade stainless steel with warm WPC cladding — creates a dramatic arrival portal over water, drawing guests from shore into the heart of Genius Beach Club.
Flanking the bridge, two private geodesic dome pods sit on overwater platforms — intimate dining or lounge spaces surrounded by water on all sides. The geometry of the bridge portal and the dome pods share the same icosahedral structural logic, reading as a unified architectural family.
At night, integrated ground lighting along the boardwalk and warm uplighting within the truss frame transforms the structure into a lantern — visible from the beach, from the water, and from within the club.
The ICO Truss Bridge is not merely infrastructure — it is the first act of the guest experience. Walking through the nested geometric tunnel, flanked by glowing dome pods on water, guests arrive at Genius Beach Club having already passed through something extraordinary.
